Free UK postage on orders over £60, 2-3 days business postage.

If you would like international postage, please understand we are a small business and this costs us a lot more.

Return and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To claim a refund or exchange, send an email
to indicating the order number and explaining your reasons.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed to your bank or credit card. If more than 14 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund, either contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
